weight depression~~~

Ytd was so funny when Lydia, Kevin and Ezra came to my place. Ya know, Kevin and Ezra has put on quite a bit of weight since NS. haha... just like me. SO i pass my weight machine to them. After everyone stand on the weighing machine. THEY ALL LOOKED HORRIFIED. LOL......

I told them that the machine not accurate, must add 2kg which is true. I measured 86kg... Ezra.. wahaha... ***kg and he was like cannot believe it!!! His face change straight away. And he say , ok lets go loose weight thru accupuncture as i reccomended... lol. Then Lydia also when to test her weight.. **kg, her face changed too... WAHAHAHA.... i also wanna loose weight!! hahaha... last but not least Kevin, when he step on it. He looked really cool.. saying i thought i was only like **, didnt know its **. Then i make fun of him, dont act act la!!! Heart pain say heart pain!! Hahahaha...
I so naughty... then go and touch everyones tummy...then i told them come la, all come lose weight with me. heehee.. that was so funny lo...

Well, i am planning to lose around 4-6 kg by mid sept for some reason. So now i am working hard as well. Just came back from a 6.4km Jog.... my legs pain liao sia.. i think i too heavy, my legs cannot over jog.. sick. Manage to loose a bit of weight for now but is not enough. Grhh... i must do it. Huff huff puff!
