last night had a jog with ezra, he intended to put me aeroplane de, but i literally when up to his place and drag him down to jog. Haha.. Well... we had a short jog of 3km, spend sometime chatting. Had a great time together. Though I'm a little sick, down with flu. I just don't want to stop, my goal my target, i want to continue training. I feel sad that i couldnt join the yellow ribbon run, i paid for it but i somehow wasn't registered and i deleted the confirmation email... i really wanted to run. But it was already a break through though. A man who broke his both legs, manage to pick up and run again. Tonight i shall train in the gym, maybe can't jog yet. Better recover fast.

But ytd had a short chat with sally, didnt expect to be able to meet her out for coffee on wed. haha... meeting a popular and beautiful lady, cool. Haha.. though its nothing new. But i kinda enjoy it too. =p really should congratulate her on getting the CBC rep, can see that she is pretty hardworking ger. Heehee... now Elson joins in the fun. Wish him luck.

The little gift is in my hands. And now it all depends.... and the future awaits.

Again i ponder... because the heart is deceitful above all things... i doubt my heart feelings. What is it actually feeling? And and who is it that the heart is responding too? The shadow or the real?
